BREAKING NEWS; NORTHERN IRELAND. BERNADETTE SMYTHE VINDICATED! Alleged News

LUMINOUS PRECIOUS LIFE DIRECTOR BERNADETTE SMYTHE HAS WON HER APPEAL AGAINST 19th NOVEMBER 2014 RULING, ALLEGED NEWS.
2013 Honours Award by the Knights of St Columbanus and 2014 Michael Bell Memorial Award Winner Bernadette Smythe has been found innocent of all charges.

Press Release 29 June 2015
"PRECIOUS LIFE DIRECTOR VINDICATED
Today Bernadette Smyth won her appeal against deputy district judge Chris Holmes’ ruling on 19th November 2014 that found her guilty of harassing Dawn Purvis, the former programme director of Marie Stopes International.
Today Judge Gordon Kerr quashed the conviction, ruling that Bernadette Smyth’s laughter outside the Marie Stopes centre in Belfast was not criminal behaviour and that there was insufficient evidence that Bernadette Smyth had harassed Dawn Purvis.
There was no need for emotive testimonies or dramatic arguments.
There was no case to answer.
Commenting on today’s ruling, Bernadette Smyth said:
‘I thank God for my vindication and for helping my family and me through this horrible ordeal. Our prayers have been answered. I would like to thank the wonderful work of Aiden Carlin Solicitors and all my legal team. Precious Life and I will continue with the work we have been doing over the last 18 years, which is to advocate for unborn children.’ "
