The Lepanto investigative report gives conclusive evidence to the fact that CRS stored and dispensed 2.25 million units of contraceptives, including abortifacient contraceptives, in the Democratic Republic of Congo; Alleged News. [2]

Oklahoma City Archbishop Paul Coakley pointed out in a letter to the US Bishops that numerous US Priests have refused to take part in CRS programs as a result of reports by the Lepanto Institute on the Bishops' relief agency: Alleged News. [4]
"I would also like to note that we have heard of a number of pastors across the country refusing to participate in CRS programs, including CRS Rice Bowl, because of Lepanto reports," Archbishop Coakley stated in his letter, "This means that Michael Hichborn and his Lepanto Institute are prevailing," Alleged News.
